Description
- Prepare and review statutory accounts for a portfolio of clients in compliance with accounting standards.
- Plan and oversee audit assignments, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients on accounting and tax matters.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, assisting with their professional development.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements in all client engagements.
- Coordinate with clients to gather financial data and address any queries.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client services and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to both clients and senior management.

Profile
A Successful Audit & Accounts Senior Should Have
- Professional qualifications in accounting (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting, auditing, and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and team members.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff is advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
