Audit & Accounts Senior

London - £50,000 - £58,000 + Exceptional Progression + Hybrid Working

Surround yourself with high performers. Raise your own game.

The difference between becoming a good accountant and an exceptional one is the people you learn from.

We're partnering with one of London's most respected independent accountancy practices to recruit an ambitious Audit & Accounts Senior. This is an opportunity to join an exceptionally high-performing team where technical excellence is the standard, not the exception. You'll work alongside experienced Managers and Partners who have built a reputation for developing outstanding accountants into future leaders.

If you're ACA or ACCA qualified, or approaching qualification, and have consistently performed well throughout your studies (particularly with a strong record of first-time passes), this is the type of environment where you'll thrive.

Why this opportunity stands out

This isn't a firm where you'll spend years doing the same work.

  • You'll gain exposure to complex audit assignments, technically challenging accounts work and advisory projects for an impressive portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses across a wide range of sectors.
  • You'll be encouraged to take ownership, develop client relationships and accelerate your career alongside some of the strongest professionals in the market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
