π° Package: Up to Β£56,000 base + Β£8,000 annual bonus + overtime pay

Are you a newly qualified (NQ) Audit Senior or current Assistant Manager ready to step off the treadmill and onto a genuine, accelerated path to Partnership?
We are partnering with a thriving Global Mid-Tier Practice in London to hire two ambitious Audit Assistant Managers. This isn't just another audit jobβit is a rare, structured 5-to-7-year fast-track to Equity Partner, where successful high-flyers will achieve Responsible Individual (RI) status and partner packages of Β£250k β Β£300k.
Why This Role is Different:
- Beyond Mainstream Audit: While your core focus is Assurance, you will work closely with clients when they require Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services (TS), and Restructuring advice as part of their growth trajectory, with full training given in these areas from leaders in the field.
- Attractive and Diverse Client Base: My client has an attractive and diverse client base including Music, TV and Entertainment clients, High Profile Entrepreneurs and other High Net Worth Individuals, Start-Up and CV backed Technology companies, PE backed corporates, and UK Subs of Multinationals, with a choice of sectors to work on.
- Great Work-Life Balance: The team is friendly, social, and fiercely protective of their culture. There is very rare weekend work, typical 45 hours a week on average, and when you do extra this is recognised with overtime pay.

What We Are Looking For:

- Qualification: ACA or ACCA Qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven experience leading corporate (non-Financial Services) external audit engagements within a UK accountancy practice.
- Mindset: An interest in advisory/corporate finance is a major plus, alongside the drive to fast-track your career to the top.
