⚠️ Note: Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Are you a newly qualified (NQ) Audit Senior or current Assistant Manager ready to step off the treadmill and onto a genuine, accelerated path to Partnership?

We are partnering with a thriving Global Mid-Tier Practice in London to hire two ambitious Audit Assistant Managers. This isn't just another audit jobβ€”it is a rare, structured 5-to-7-year fast-track to Equity Partner, where successful high-flyers will achieve Responsible Individual (RI) status and partner packages of Β£250k – Β£300k.

Why This Role is Different:

  • Beyond Mainstream Audit: While your core focus is Assurance, you will work closely with clients when they require Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services (TS), and Restructuring advice as part of their growth trajectory, with full training given in these areas from leaders in the field.
  • Attractive and Diverse Client Base: My client has an attractive and diverse client base including Music, TV and Entertainment clients, High Profile Entrepreneurs and other High Net Worth Individuals, Start-Up and CV backed Technology companies, PE backed corporates, and UK Subs of Multinationals, with a choice of sectors to work on.
  • Great Work-Life Balance: The team is friendly, social, and fiercely protective of their culture. There is very rare weekend work, typical 45 hours a week on average, and when you do extra this is recognised with overtime pay.
  • Open to All Firm Backgrounds: Whether you are looking to step up from a Small Independent/Sole Proprietor firm, or want better work-life balance and broader exposure away from the Big 4 or Mid-Tier, your experience will be valued here with fast track career trajectories as the firm continues to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
