Senior Audit Manager

With specialist knowledge of sectors, markets, and geographies, our auditors have the business understanding necessary to deliver the high-quality and robust audits that companies and their stakeholders can trust.

Responsibilities

We’ll help you succeed

The work we do is underpinned by quality. We deliver audits which are trusted, transparent, and can be relied upon by companies and their stakeholders. You’ll be someone who is comfortable with:

  • Proactively managing your own tasks
  • Collaborating with Senior Managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners
  • Communicating regularly with all relevant stakeholders

You’ll help deliver accurate and transparent reporting, providing long-term value.


Requirements

We’re looking for prospective Senior Audit Manager candidates who have:

  • ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualification or overseas equivalent
  • Degree level education or Chartered Technician Status (CTS)
  • Experience supervising and coaching junior members of staff on-site
  • Working knowledge of UK and International GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements
  • Working understanding of firm services, advice, regulation, and compliance including anti-money laundering policies
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends
