Audit Manager – Senior Associate

In this Audit Manager role, you’ll use your expertise to guide teams in delivering high-quality audits, while benefiting from career development opportunities, mentorship, and supportive team structures that foster your growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver audits and assurance services for major UK-listed companies (Full List & AIM), international businesses, and high-growth SMEs, ensuring compliance with UK and International GAAP, GAAS, IFRS.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams (including Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners) to manage long-term performance and risk management.
- Identify growth opportunities and clenched business development by developing and conversing relationships with clients.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and teams, coordinating complex audits while maintaining adherence to professional frameworks.
- Foster transparency, integrity, and trust—key priorities for our advisory and audit practice.

Requirements
- Qualification: Must be ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or have overseas equivalent experience.
- Audit & Assurance experience: Extensive experience working with listed companies (Full List & AIM), corporations with international operations, plus the strategic ability to lead and manage full audit cycles for these clients.
- Professional knowledge: Deep, practical understanding of:
- UK vs. International Financial Reporting
- UK & International GAAP, IFRS
- GAAS compliance standards
- Business development skills: Confidence in identifying market opportunities, pitching, and converting high-value client work.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary project teams within tight deadlines, ensuring accountability and shared goals.
- Communication: Articulate, consultative, and adaptable—capable of aligning with diverse stakeholder needs.
- Commitment to learning: A desire to stay informed, share insights, and collaborate within a knowledge-based, forward-thinking work environment.
