Audit Assistant Manager - International Audit Team

Senior International Audit Manager – Project & Coordination

Ideas | People | Trust

We’re BDO: an accountancy and business advisory firm, providing the advice and solutions entrepreneurial organisations need to navigate today’s changing world.

We partner with the businesses that drive Britain’s economy – ambitious, entrepreneurially driven, and high-growth companies – and advise the owners and management teams steering them forward.

You’ll BroadEN Your HorizONS

Our core mission is delivering high-quality audit work in the public interest. As an International Audit Team, we specialise in coordinating secondary audit services for multinationals, working closely with BDO Member Firms worldwide. Our team designs efficient, global audit strategies by leveraging controls at finance service centres, ensuring rigorous and streamlined assessments.

Your role will involve:

  • Collaborating across borders – Audits often require international travel, with frequent visits overseas as part of engagements.
  • Project management of global audits – Centralised oversight ensures audited entities receive transformed, strategic audit support.
  • Expertise in cross-border, multinational engagements – Requires an understanding of regulatory, control, and financial complexities.

You’ll Help Us Succeed

BDO prioritises quality, trust, and transparency. You’ll:

  • Lead and influence – Managed your workload while collaborating closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and BDO Partners.
  • Drive value and accuracy – Ensure trustworthy, flawless reporting for all stakeholders.
  • Foster long-term growth – Make audits efficient, reliable, and insightful for every business we support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
