Role Overview: Apprentice ACA (Audit & Assurance Apprenticeship)
This role primarily focuses on learning and developing fundamental audit and accounting skills while working towards an ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) professional qualification. You’ll hit the ground running, gaining practical experience in the workplace with early responsibility, helping you achieve your maximum potential.
What Will My Learning Journey Look Like?
Your studies typically last 3 years (with first-time passes in mind), during which a BPP professional exam scheme is provided. Our experienced Technical & Training team collaborates closely with professional tutors to:
- Monitor progress
- Provide tailored support through guidance and exam-focused training

What Will My Practical Responsibilities Be?
You’ll primarily support audit assistant managers and managers on audit assignments and:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and professionalism on client sites
- Contribute meaningfully to stimulating work across varied sectors (even after qualification)
