The Company
The employer is a well-established Top 20 mid-tier firm. As an ambitious and growing business, they specialise in delivering expert services and solutions to a diverse client base. They are looking for a business development-focused RI Audit Director who is seeking to take their first step onto a Partner pathway.
Job Description
- Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Heavy business development focus, with responsibility for winning new clients through tendering, pitching, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Review and assess financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee and mentor the audit team, fostering professional development.
- Identify and address risks within audit processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Provide strategic input to support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Ensure the timely delivery of audit projects while maintaining high standards.

- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ACA or ACCA).
