Key Responsibilities

  • Design and curate impactful learning solutions for the Audit curriculum, ensuring they meet learner needs and deliver business outcomes. Review of content written by other members of the team to maintain quality control of content, ensure learning objectives have been met, challenge learning efficacy and innovation, and drive consistency, whilst ensuring programmes always meet business needs. Covers both technical and non-technical programmes.
  • Develop and maintain relevant business relationships to enable you to translate business objectives into effective learning interventions, leveraging cutting-edge tools, methodologies and insights as appropriate to support our offering. Collaborate with L&D and subject matter experts as needed to optimise learning design and underlying programme quality.
  • Lead a portfolio of programmes and support broader team activities, including content reviews, coaching junior members, and driving key initiatives such as the Learning Library and Learning Culture. Support wider L&D activity, such as Faculty briefings, training for facilitators and hosts, and on-site implementation. Some delivery of programmes may also be required as part of the role.
  • Bring the latest thinking and innovation to develop high-quality learning solutions and advocate for change where needed. Lead by example and seek support where needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Senior Manager (or Experienced Manager or equivalent) with a background in programme development
  • Audit experience / experience working in a regulated environment
  • Formal L&D qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential (subject to proven experience)
  • Strong relationship and collaboration skills
  • Ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members
  • Skills in translating learning needs into learning objectives and key learning outcomes, and then coordinating an appropriate response to these
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality learning interventions and business outcomes.
