- Manage an entire portfolio of audited entities, handling all related responsibilities.
- Deliver high-quality audit work with clarity, integrity, and precision.
- Ensure engagements are completed within agreed budgets and timelines, maximising value.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and additional challenging workloads where applicable.
- Align staff skills and experience with the needs of engagements.
- Fully adhere to BDO’s risk management and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate on resource planning, evaluating team performance, and implementing efficiency improvements within and across audit teams.
- Support partners in implementing new business strategies for both existing and target audit entities, as well as guiding internal business decisions.
