About The Role...
Our Audit team are on the growth train following the acquisition of CavanaghKelly! And we’re not slowing down. We’ve expanded our remit to Northern Ireland and are looking for an Audit Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of clients and help shape the future of our audit offering.
If you have a passion for what you do, keen to get stuck in the mix and strive to be the best you, then we want to hear from you.
About The Day To Day…
An Audit Manager needs to be curious, sceptical, and have a questioning mindset. You need to be adaptable and versatile, with the confidence and composure to engage and liaise with clients and always on hand to support more junior members of the team. As you know, this is no rigid, eyes-down and desk-bound role.
You'll get stuck into;
- Leading audit engagements from planning to completion, delivering quality insights to clients
- Managing and mentoring audit teams, developing junior staff while overseeing client relationships
- Working with ambitious businesses, providing value beyond compliance
It’s hard work… and you love it. You thrive on the client-facing aspect, you have ambition, taking pride and satisfaction of spotting and resolving issues at the heart of business activity.
The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. With access to a wide range of knowledge to help push yourself further - from Managers to Partners, the team are always happy to support you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
