Looking for more than just another audit role? We're seeking an experienced Audit Manager who enjoys taking ownership, developing talent, and delivering exceptional client service.

What You'll Be Doing

As Audit Manager, you'll manage a varied portfolio of clients across a range of industries, taking responsibility for the audit process from planning through to completion.

Your role will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of audit clients and acting as their trusted adviser.
  • Leading audit planning, fieldwork, and completion to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.
  • Building strong relationships by developing a genuine understanding of each client's business and goals.
  • Working closely with our Directors to identify opportunities, provide commercial insight, and deliver added value beyond compliance.
  • Ensuring audits are completed in line with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Reviewing work, managing deadlines, and maintaining high technical standards.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth.

What We're Looking For

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience managing audit assignments and client relationships.
  • Strong technical audit knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
  • A genuine interest in helping clients succeed.
