About the Role
The Audit Manager will be responsible for managing the audit process for a portfolio of clients, providing an excellent level of service. This role requires a friendly and approachable individual with a clear perception of client requirements.

- Provide an excellent level of service to a portfolio of clients that meets and exceeds their expectations.
- Manage the audit process and audit file reviews in accordance with Xeinadin’s standard procedures.
- Ensure agreed deliverables are delivered within a set timeframe and within budget.
- Research and prepare proposals for new work, and actively participate in formal presentations to prospective clients.
- Act as a line manager for junior members of the team.
- Ensure compliance by making sure self and team members follow all legal and statutory requirements.
- Represent Xeinadin to clients, demonstrating a focus on innovation and the future.
- Deliver and uphold the Xeinadin vision and values.
- Professionally represent the firm internally and externally through appearance, conduct, and attitude.
Key Requirements
The successfully appointed individual will be:
- A qualified practice accountant (ACCA/ACA).
- Versatile with a wide range of audit experience.
- Skilled in managing a portfolio of small to large clients.
- Knowledgeable in FRS102 and IFRS.
