Audit Manager
Location: North Yorkshire | Hybrid Working Available
An established and growing accountancy and business advisory firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its North Yorkshire team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to lead a diverse audit portfolio, manage client relationships, and support the development of a high-performing audit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors.
- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Review audit files and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.
- Support business development and identify opportunities for growth.

About You:
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven audit experience within an accountancy practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and client management skills.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Commercially aware with a proactive and collaborative approach.
