Audit Partner – London

We are working with a number of leading and fast-growing firms seeking an Audit Partner to join its London office. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious individual ready to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic growth.
Key Requirements
- RI (Responsible Individual) status with a minimum of 2 years’ sign-off experience
- Proven track record operating at Partner level or ready for immediate promotion
- Strong technical expertise across UK GAAP / IFRS
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
- Experience leading and developing high-performing audit teams

The Role
- Lead and grow a high-quality audit portfolio
- Act as RI on a range of complex audit engagements
- Drive business development initiatives and win new work
- Build long-term client relationships at board level
- Mentor and develop senior audit staff and future leaders
- Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and market positioning
