About the Role

Our client is a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants experiencing a period of sustained growth. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking to bring additional leadership into the team to support continued growth and future moves into new and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the firm’s audit quality risk strategy.
  • Design and implement a client attraction and business development strategy.
  • Execute plans to grow the audit practice and expand market share.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop senior audit talent, building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You will bring

  • Significant experience as a senior audit professional, ideally at Director or Partner level within practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead on complex audit matters.
  • Proven experience influencing audit quality, methodology, or regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrable track record of developing teams and driving growth of an audit portfolio.
  • Commercial mindset with the credibility to represent the firm to senior stakeholders.
