Audit Project Manager
Are you a project-focused audit professional who enjoys turning insight into action? What the day will look like
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, risk-based audits and projects across Aon’s global business:
- Leading and delivering audit projects across a range of business areas and processes
- Developing audit approaches and testing strategies aligned to key risks and controls
- Analysing data, interpreting findings, and delivering clear, practical recommendations
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating insights effectively
- Supporting continuous improvement through project work, investigations, and innovation in audit delivery

This is a visible, project-led role within a collaborative global Internal Audit team. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, gaining exposure to Aon’s strategy, operations, and evolving risk landscape. The role combines core audit expertise with a more forward-looking, project, and advisory approach, giving you the opportunity to influence change and shape how audit adds value across the organisation.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds and encourage applications from those who bring:
- Experience delivering audit or control projects within a regulated environment
- Experience within insurance, reinsurance, retirement, investments, or a similar regulated industry
- Strong understanding of risk, controls, and audit methodology
- Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset
