About the Role

Are you currently in sixth form/college, or have you recently completed your A Levels and are looking for your next career move? This programme offers a remarkable opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading accountancy firm, working with a diverse client base.

About the Apprenticeship Programme
This three-year programme combines professional training with on-the-job experience. During the programme:
- You’ll train with a recognised training provider while attending block release courses and exams.
- Personal study time is required to succeed in assessments.
- You’ll learn practical skills by working alongside colleagues and engaging with clients from day one.
- Continuous support is provided through regular reviews, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- The programme is financially and professionally supported, offering a challenge and pathways for long-term career growth.

Qualification Route
Based on the team you join, you’ll study towards the following professional qualifications:
-Audit → CFAB/ACA
Note: The 2026 School Leaver Training Programme officially starts in July 2026, but earlier start dates may be possible depending on the department/location.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
- GCSEs (grade C/4+ or equivalent), including:
- English
- Mathematics
- 2 A Level qualifications (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Motivation to develop a career in accounting
