About the Role
We are seeking an enchanted Audit Semi-Senior to join a dynamic team within the accountancy industry. This role provides an excellent opportunity to refine your accounting and finance expertise while supporting the growth of a respected medium-sized professional services firm based in Weybridge.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of audits for clients across the professional services sector
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Identify and mitigate audit risks to deliver high-quality audit reports
- Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and effective audit services
- Maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries and concerns promptly
- Support junior team members through mentoring and guidance
- Stay updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards, ensuring best practices are followed
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency

Requirements
- Part-qualification in accounting, finance, or related field (e.g., ACCA/ACA)
- Experience in audit practices within the professional services industry
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a commitment to quality work

Job Offer
