The Opportunity as Audit Senior
We're looking for a Qualified Audit & Accounts Senior to join one of the Midlands' fastest-growing Audit teams. Working with a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, large corporate groups and well-known household brands, you'll take the lead on audit assignments, build trusted client relationships and mentor the next generation of auditors.
This role offers the best of both worlds, the opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality, complex audit work typically associated with larger firms, whilst enjoying the supportive, collaborative culture and work-life balance of an independent practice. With a clear and structured career path from Qualified Senior through to Manager and beyond, you'll have every opportunity to develop your career as the firm continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing as Audit Senior
- Lead audits for SMEs, groups and larger companies.
- Manage audit teams and act as the main client contact.
- Plan and complete audit assignments on client sites.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Mentor trainees and junior team members.
- Ensure work is delivered accurately and on time.
- Support networking and business development activities.
About You as Audit Senior
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Practice experience leading audits.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Committed to outstanding client service.
