Audit Senior Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audit Senior to contribute to the success of an accountancy firm in Dartford. The role involves leading audits, working closely with clients, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in the field of accounting and finance.
Client Details
Our client is a medium-sized accountancy practice.
Description
- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements for a variety of clients across different sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on audit and financial matters.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and feedback on their work.
- Identify potential issues and provide practical recommendations to clients for improvement.
- Ensure all audit files are completed to a high standard and submitted within deadlines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in accounting and audit regulations.

Profile
A successful Audit Senior should have:
- Professional accounting qualifications (ACA or ACCA).
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
- Experience in managing audits from planning to completion.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
