Technical & Training Manager – Audit & Accounting

London | Hybrid Working | Excellent Benefits

Our client, a highly regarded UK accountancy and advisory firm, is looking to appoint a Technical & Training Manager to join its National Audit team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit professional looking to step away from client delivery into a strategic, firmwide role, where you'll play a key part in developing technical excellence, supporting audit quality, and shaping the learning and development of audit professionals from trainee through to Partner level.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior technical leaders and the Learning & Development team, you'll help design, develop and deliver high-quality technical training, support complex technical queries, and contribute to the firm's ongoing commitment to audit quality and continuous improvement.

This is a varied position offering genuine career progression, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to influence technical standards across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
