Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required—your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and correct machine-generated English transcriptions for accuracy, ensuring high linguistic standards.
- Record yourself reading transcribed passages using a clear and natural Australian English accent.
- Operate in a quiet environment, ensuring quality audio output without the need for professional equipment.
- Evaluate and enhance AI language data to reflect real-world Australian English usage and expressions.
- Collaborate with the customer’s team to provide feedback and insights on transcription and audio guidelines.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when reviewing text and audio for errors and inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols throughout all processes.

Required Skills And Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Australian English, encompassing both written and verbal forms.
- Strong command of Australian English phonetics, diction, and pronunciation.
- Proficiency in transcript correction and the ability to spot and amend inaccuracies promptly.
- Excellent vocal clarity and confident delivery when recording audio.
- Capability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to linguistic quality.
- Proficiency with standard laptop audio recording tools; no professional studio required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background as an audio engineer, voice artist, voice actor, or call centre specialist with voice training.
- Experience with transcription, annotation, or language data projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
