Looking for a role where compassion meets purpose? If this is you, apply to join our team in Fife Services.
About Us
At Scottish Autism we acknowledge the specialist support our staff provide to autistic people, therefore those carrying out support work are known as Autism Practitioners. We are committed to supporting over 60 autistic adults across Fife, providing personalised care across a variety of settings. Our services range in their level of complexity and have varying staffing ratios including 1:1 and 2:1 support. We’re looking for dedicated and confident professionals with experience in support roles.
We are seeking passionate, experienced and enthusiastic practitioners to make a positive impact on the lives of the people we support. While not essential, a Full UK Driver’s License would be beneficial to support our supported individuals to access their local community.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
