Reward Rates:

Experienced BEV/SAP Electricians: £23.00 per hour (following successful Trade Test)

Pre-Trade Test / Major Rec Electricians: £20.00 per hour (while training/upskilling)

Overtime:
- Night shift: £28.75 per hour
- Saturday day shift: £28.75 per hour
- Sunday day shift: £30.59 per hour

Hourly Advantage: Minimum 72-hour weeks (12-hour shifts x 6 days), leading to exceptional weekly take-home pay, completely outside IR35.

About the Role
Here at E-ppl, we are leading suppliers of Managed Services within the automotive industry, collaborating with major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the UK and overseas. We deliver turn-key solutions, ranging from carefully planned launch support to reactive quality campaigns.
We are seeking highly skilled Auto Electricians with specific experience in Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) for a long-term, stable contracting position.
Key Requirements:
- Certifications:
- IMI EV Level 3 or Level 4 with proven in-highway site experience.
- Fault Diagnosis:
- Must be able to confidently identify faults down to level zero diagnostics.
- Experience Focus:
- Hands-on experience specifically in BEV vehicles.

Commitments:
- Hours: 12-hour shifts.
- Rotation: Minimum of 6-day rotations.
- Shift Type: Day shifts and rotating schedules only.
- Commitment: Full-time hours only, with no consideration for part-time contractors.
