About the Company
Hill McGlynn Recruitment is working with an independent construction consultancy group to recruit an experienced AutoCAD Technician / Computer Aided Design (CAD) Technician. This role will be based in their West Malling office, offering an opportunity to work within a dynamic, growing team supporting various construction projects.
The Role
As an AutoCAD / CAD Technician, you will be integral to project teams, responsible for producing and coordinating accurate technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities
- Producing detailed drawings using AutoCAD
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of design information
- Updating and amending drawings in line with project requirements
- Collaborating closely with surveyors, consultants, and project managers
- Ensuring drawings comply with relevant standards and specifications
- Managing drawing revisions and document control
About You
We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience using AutoCAD within a construction or consultancy environment
- A strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- An exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy
- The ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must reside within commutable distance of Maidstone
