Pay Rate: $50 - $75+ per hour (plus bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work)

- Creating and solving challenging coding problems.
- Building applications with rich functionality.
- Synthesizing insights through data analysis and visualization.
- Evaluating AI chatbot outputs.
- Evaluating AI model quality for correctness and performance.
Work schedules and project selection are flexible, allowing roles to be treated as a primary focus or alongside full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs.
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
- Bachelor's degree (current, in progress, or completed) is preferred but not required.
