About this Opportunity

Vinarchy is redefining wine as a newly formed global wine company, bringing together the heritage, scale and ambition of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers. As part of our continued global integration, we are expanding our AI and automation capability to improve business efficiency, decision making and ways of working across the organisation.

We are seeking an AI and Automation Analyst to join our Global IT function. This role plays a key hands-on part in delivering AI enabled automation and workflow solutions that drive practical value and support Vinarchy’s evolving digital and automation strategy.

This role can be based in either of our UK offices.

About The Role

Reporting to the AI and Automation Platform Manager, the AI and Automation Analyst is responsible for designing, building, testing and supporting AI enabled automation, workflow and low code solutions across the business.

Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, this role translates approved use cases into practical solutions using Power Platform tools, workflow technologies and AI capabilities. The role focuses on incremental value delivery, operational efficiency and continuous improvement, while supporting the ongoing performance, stability and governance of AI and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, building and maintaining PowerApps, workflow automations and AI enabled solutions
  • Implementing AI assisted use cases such as content generation, summarisation, classification, decision support and workflow augmentation
  • Configuring and supporting AI agents and AI enabled workflows within defined architectural and governance standards
  • Translating business requirements into functional designs and working solutions
  • Developing and supporting workflows using approved platforms (e.g. Power Automate, K Rise, Microsoft 365 services)
  • Building intuitive, user-friendly PowerApps to replace or enhance manual processes
  • Applying reusable templates, patterns and components to ensure consistency and accelerate delivery
  • Testing AI, workflow and automation solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy and usability
  • Monitoring solutions post deployment, identifying defects and implementing enhancements
  • Providing level 2/3 support for AI and automation solutions, working with IT Operations as required
  • Supporting documentation, knowledge transfer and solution handover
  • Working with business users to understand processes, pain points and automation opportunities
  • Supporting workshops, requirement gathering and solution walkthroughs
  • Assisting in measuring outcomes such as time saved, adoption and process improvement
  • Building solutions in line with platform standards, security controls and data governance policies
  • Following deployment, versioning and documentation practices
  • Escalating risks or non-standard requirements to the AI & Automation Platform Manager
  • Staying current with evolving AI, Power Platform and workflow capabilities
  • Contributing to delivery standards, templates and technical patterns
  • Supporting knowledge sharing across the AI and automation community

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a functional or business analyst role with exposure to system design and implementation
  • Practical experience delivering workflow, automation and integration solutions
  • Demonstrated experience with workflow and low code platforms (e.g. PowerApps, Power Automate, K Rise, SharePoint, Oracle Orchestrator)
  • Understanding of APIs, data integration and system connectivity principles
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving technologies
  • Understanding of UX and design principles for user-friendly solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Good business and technology acumen within a commercial environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work calmly under pressure
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline is desirable but not essential

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years in a functional or business analyst role with experience in system design and implementation.

Physical And Other Requirements

  • Some business travel may be required from time to time
  • Occasional after-hours work may be required to engage with stakeholders and team members across time zones
  • Hybrid working arrangement with at least three days in the office
