Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Automation and Integration Manager to join our client’s technology-driven growth agenda. This role oversees the strategic design, implementation, and governance of automation initiatives and system integrations across the retail, supply chain, and ecommerce landscape. The successful candidate will partner with Product, IT, and Operations to architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient automation solutions that improve operational velocity and data integrity. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, leading program delivery, and ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. The role requires hands-on leadership, vendor management, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Requirements
- Extensive track record in designing and delivering automation and integration programs within retail, ecommerce, or equivalent environments.
- Strong expertise in enterprise automation platforms (e.g., UIPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and API-based integration patterns.
- Proven experience in cloud adoption, data security, and regulatory compliance in a multi-site retail setting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and secure resources.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Experience using Boomi.
- Experience using Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.

Responsibilities
- Define and govern the automation and integration strategy across the organisation, aligning with product roadmaps and business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of automation programs and system integrations, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, IT, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and performance metrics for automation initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations related to automation tools and integration platforms.
- Mentor and develop a team of engineers and analysts to build and sustain automation capabilities.
