More About the Role

Working as an Automation Artworker, you’ll combine manual artistry with automated systems to produce top-tier marketing materials. Your responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing briefs, assets, and specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Conducting quality checks on both manual and automated outputs
  • Applying templates and automation tools to scale artwork efficiently
  • Acting as the final quality gate before artwork goes to print
  • Supporting version control, amends, and production standards
  • Collaborating with designers, production teams, and external suppliers to resolve queries
  • Championing continuous improvement in templates, tools, and workflows

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a detail-oriented professional with a passion for print production, Adobe Creative Suite, and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven print-ready artwork experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in template-based workflows and high-volume production
  • Prioritise quality control, pre-press standards, and brand consistency
  • Be proactive, adaptable, and collaborative
  • Embrace innovation and automation to streamline processes

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for producing print-ready artwork
  • Demonstrable template mastery with experience delivering high-volume, consistent outputs
  • Strong knowledge of quality control, pre-press requirements, and production standards
  • Ability to finalise artwork to high standards, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Version control proficiency, with experience managing amends across multiple outputs
  • Experience in automated systems and template-driven workflows for scaled artwork production
