We are Hiring Automation Engineer in Watford, UK

Contract

2-3 days Hybrid working

Required Skills:

Good experience and coding ability in any of the following programming languages: Java, Groovy, Python, Javascript, Typescript, and C++.
Good experience with automation frameworks using tools like: Selenium, Cypress, Webdriver.io, Cucumber, SoapUI, Spock/ Geb, or similar.
Good understanding of CI/CD (build, test, deploy through Github/Bitrise pipelines).
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with QA best practices and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira Zephyr etc.
Good experience and coding ability in any of the following programming languages: Java, Groovy, Python, Javascript, Typescript, and C++.
Good experience with automation frameworks using tools like: Selenium, Cypress, Webdriver.io, Cucumber, SoapUI, Spock/ Geb, or similar.
Experience in testing and developing Web services (REST or SOAP) is a plus.
Familiarity with using version control and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub).
Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
Good understanding of APIs and ability to use tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Experience with databases and ability to write simple queries.
ISTQB Foundation Level Certification or similar is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-assisted testing is a plus.
