Join Our Team as an Automation Engineer and Drive Innovation in Manufacturing Automation!
Are you a seasoned IT/OT Automation Engineer with a passion for transforming manufacturing processes? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage automation projects within a dynamic pharmaceutical production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all phases of automation projects from concept to installation, testing, qualification, and training.
- Lead automation initiatives ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to industry standards.
- Apply your expertise in S88, s95, and MMD IT architecture standards to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, potentially leading a team of automation specialists.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (considered but not mandatory based on experience)
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing automation
- Proven expertise with S88, S95, and automation scope principles
- Strong knowledge of MMD IT architecture standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead automation projects and manage project life cycles
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Nice To Have Skills
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- Familiarity with industry-specific automation tools and software
