We're looking for an experienced Automation & Integration Manager to lead the development, delivery, and support of integration and automation solutions across our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business value through technology. Working closely with stakeholders across IT, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams, you'll play a key role in connecting our enterprise systems, automating business processes, and enabling smarter ways of working. What You'll Be Doing Lead Integration & Automation Delivery Own and manage MM Flowers' integration and automation capability. Design, develop, maintain, and support integrations across the enterprise application landscape. Deliver automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and supportable. Drive Digital Transformation Identify opportunities to automate and digitise business processes. Support the delivery of MM Flowers' wider Digital Transformation strategy. Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate requirements into practical solutions. Deliver measurable improvements through workflow automation and process simplification. Technical Leadership & Governance Act as the technical lead and escalation point for integration and automation services. Define and maintain standards, governance frameworks, and best practices. Ensure robust monitoring, logging, documentation, and support processes are in place. Align solutions with enterprise architecture principles and wider IT strategy. Project & Service Delivery Balance priorities across business-as-usual support and strategic project delivery. Support system implementations, transformation programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Systems, Data, and Infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery. Data & Systems Alignment Improve data accessibility, consistency, and integrity across the business. Support operational reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities. Enable seamless data flows between systems and applications. Team Leadership Lead and develop a small Integration & Automation team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance. What We're Looking For Essential Experience 5+ years' experience in Integration, Automation, Application Development, or related technical roles. Strong hands-on experience with: Boomi Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) Proven experience designing and supporting integrations within complex enterprise environments. Strong understanding of: APIs Integration patterns System architecture Data flows and data quality management Experience delivering automation initiatives that improve business efficiency and operational performance. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Desirable Experience Experience leading or mentoring technical teams. Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Food Production, Agriculture, or Horticulture sectors. Experience implementing governance frameworks for integration platforms.
