We are currently hiring for an exciting Automation Test Lead opportunity with a leading global banking client undergoing a large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) Transformation Programme.

About the Role
This role is part of a strategic multi-year IAM transformation initiative focused on modernizing authentication, authorization, workload identities, and identity lifecycle management across a global enterprise environment.
The successful candidate will lead the design and execution of automation testing strategies for IAM solutions deployed across cloud-native environments, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), event-driven architectures, and identity orchestration.

- Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Strong automation testing expertise using Python and Pytest
- Experience leading automation initiatives and test strategy development
- Experience with SCIM, LDAP, OIDC, REST APIs, and Identity Lifecycle Management
- Strong experience with Kafka, Pub/Sub, Event-Driven Architectures, and Batch Processing
- Hands-on experience with RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, and PBAC testing approaches
- Strong experience integrating automated testing with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong cloud testing experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Extensive experience with JIRA and Zephyr (Mandatory)
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with OPA/Rego policies
- Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault
- Exposure to SPIFFE/SPIRE
- Experience with Neo4j / GraphDB
- Exposure to GitOps repositories
- Experience with JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad
- Knowledge of AI Governance, GenAI testing, and Responsible AI principles
- Exposure to orchestration tools such as n8n

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and govern enterprise test strategies and frameworks.
- Lead automation initiatives for IAM and identity orchestration platforms.
- Validate APIs, event-driven workflows, policy-as-code, and cloud-native applications.
- Integrate automation testing into CI/CD pipelines and shift-left practices.
- Collaborate with Cloud Security, DevOps, Application Engineering, and Architecture teams.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across testing initiatives.
