The Role
The AA4 Coach (Automation with AI) exists to help learners become confident, capable automation specialists who can design, build, and deploy AI powered workflows that deliver real productivity gains.
You'll coach learners to design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions that deliver real business value. This is a hands-on role combining deep technical expertise with a strong coaching mindset.

What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor learners through 1-to-1 sessions and workshops
- Support learners to build low-code and no-code automations using Microsoft Power Platform
- Demonstrate best practice in workflow design, testing, documentation, and ethical AI use
- Troubleshoot and guide learners on real business automation challenges
- Support portfolio development and End Point Assessment readiness
What You'll Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, AI Builder, and Microsoft 365
- Experience translating business processes into working automations
- Confidence troubleshooting automation workflows and integrations
- Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and security
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical learners
