Who We’re Looking For
We seek candidates with the following qualities and experience:
- Passion for vehicles and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Strong attention to detail, with a pride-of-ownership mindset
- 6+ months of professional automotive detailing experience
- Motivated and capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time, Permanent position
- Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000 per year

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, including:
- Washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and deodorizing vehicles
- Identifying areas needing attention during pre- and post-detailed inspections
- Operating detailing equipment (buffers, vacuums, steamers, pressure washers) while following safety protocols
- Applying protective treatments, such as waxes, polishes, and interior fabric protectants
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
- Ensuring all vehicles are presentation-ready for sales and services
- Adhering to safety guidelines when handling chemicals, tools, and equipment
