Lead Engineer - Seat Belts and Safety Components

Gaydon, UK (4 days onsite in a week)

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Essential:

Hard Skills:

  • Previous experience of managing change and leading the resolution of business, technical and process issues within an engineering project team environment.
  • Experience in end-to-end development of commodities in an automotive programme.
  • Engineering related Degree or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of safety system development including airbag and/or seat belt dynamic performance, manufacturing processes, related standards and test procedures and vehicle safety attribute delivery, including testing.
