Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of recent experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor
  • Previous dealership experience is a strong asset
  • Experience with truck accessories and modifications is an asset
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, technicians, and teammates

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $5,000-$7,000 per month

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers at the parts counter
  • Communicate and promote parts, accessories, and current specials
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly
  • Support Service Advisors by providing accurate labour estimates when needed
  • Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to ensure timely parts delivery
  • Process payments for retail customers when required
  • Stock inventory, maintain an organized warehouse, and assist with inventory counts
  • Stay current with manufacturer warranty procedures and liaise with factory representatives
  • Support the department with housekeeping tasks and product knowledge updates
  • Communicate clearly about backorders, delays, or delivery concerns
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by Management
