Who You Are
- Passion for customer service and relationship-based sales
- 1+ year of experience in automotive sales or commission-based sales
- Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid VSA License and BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems (DealerSocket experience is an asset)
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 per year (Commission Based)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Promoting and selling new and pre-owned Genesis vehicles
- Delivering a luxury, consultative sales experience from first contact to delivery
- Explaining vehicle features, warranties, and finance options clearly and confidently
- Completing sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Following up with customers to drive repeat and referral business
- Staying current on product knowledge, market trends, and brand standards
