Who We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in automotive sales management Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing Sales Consultants Strong passion for sales, customer service, and relationship‑building Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to create and maintain long‑term client relationships Strong understanding of CRM and dealership sales processes Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract Results‑driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced dealership environment
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000
What Your Day Will Look Like
Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Analyze team performance, provide continuous coaching, and support Sales Consultants in achieving sales targets Sales Leadership: Assist with deal structuring, negotiations, and closing opportunities Customer Experience: Handle customer escalations and ensure a seamless, premium purchase experience Inventory & Product Expertise: Stay informed on available inventory, Genesis product offerings, finance options, and market trends Reporting & Metrics: Track key sales KPIs and report performance against targets Team Development: Lead sales meetings, reinforce standards, and build a culture of accountability and excellence
