Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic – UK-Wide Opportunities
Salary: £38,000–£50,000 per year | Permanent | Full-time
Location
On-site – Multiple locations across the UK
We are hiring for multiple client sites nationwide. Candidates from anywhere in the UK are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
We are seeking skilled Vehicle Technicians / Motor Mechanics to join client workshops across the UK.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in mechanical and electrical vehicle maintenance, servicing cars, vans, and light commercial vehicles. You will work on modern vehicles using quality equipment, support routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, and help keep vehicles safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities
- Service, inspect, and repair cars, vans, and light commercial vehicles
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
- Perform safety checks and MOT preparation
- Maintain accurate and timely service records
- Collaborate with workshop teams and service advisors
Requirements
- Vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK

Desirable
- MOT Tester licence (not mandatory)
- Experience with hybrid or electric vehicles
- Previous experience in fleet maintenance or automotive workshops
