The Role
As an Automotive Trimmer, your duties will include:
- Interior trim installation, assembly, and fitment to exacting standards.
- Removing, modifying, and refitting interior components for bespoke vehicle builds.
- Trimming and fitting premium materials, including leather, Alcantara, fabrics, and carbon fibre.
- Conducting bench modifications, repairs, and rework for flawless finishes.
- Stripping, rebuilding, and aligning exterior trim and body panels as required.
- Performing basic sewing and hand-stitching to uphold high-quality craftsmanship.
- Inspecting completed work to ensure luxury manufacturer standards are met.
- Collaborating with engineers and technicians to overcome build challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Who Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Technician with:
- Previous experience as a Trim Technician or Vehicle Trimmer.
- Familiarity with luxury automotive, restoration, coachbuilding, classic vehicles, or motorsports.
- Strong knowledge of fitting and working with leather, textiles, Alcantara, and composite materials—(bonus points for carbon fibre experience).
- An obsessive eye for detail and a drive for exceptional craftsmanship.
- A flexible, proactive mindset with a readiness to accommodate overtime when necessary.

Working Hours

| Monday–Thursday | 07:00–16:30 |
| Friday | 07:00–12:45 |
Overtime available on weekdays and Saturdays.
