Job Responsibilities:
- Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles
- Configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues
- Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems
- Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs, etc.)
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics
- Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially

Qualifications:
- Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive or Electrical Technology or related courses
- Minimum of 6 months to 1-year relevant work experience in a similar role as GPS Installer, Car Accessories Installer or Automotive/ Electrical Technician in a car/ truck dealership or in an automotive service center.
- Proficient in: Automotive systems, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Driving, Technical Analysis, and Client Service
- Skilled in developing effective and efficient work procedures
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle
- Willing and able to conduct fieldwork across Calabarzon
