Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting open-road autonomous driving tests, and developing safe, reasonable, and efficient autonomous driving test plans based on testing requirements.
- Familiar with autonomous driving and vehicle theory, responsible for tracking defects and issues that arise during testing, actively driving resolution, and possessing the ability to provide reasonable suggestions.
- Familiar with software testing methods and processes, responsible for the full-process testing and acceptance of autonomous driving human-machine interaction, ride-hailing products, and cloud-based products.
- Responsible for designing specialized test plans, executing tests with high quality, and writing test reports.

Requirements:

- Major in Computer Science, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Electronics, or related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above.
- Familiar with the Linux operating system, with 3+ years of experience in system operation, maintenance, and debugging.
- Proficient in at least one scripting language, such as Shell, Python, etc.
- Familiar with the system architecture and functions of ADAS / autonomous driving.
- Possess Chinese communication skills and the ability to read and write Chinese documents.
- Good communication skills, diligent, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Candidates with experience in ROS systems and autonomous driving related work are preferred.
