Chief Growth President & Enterprise Sales Leader – Autonomous Operations (AI-Powered Edition)

Enterprises everywhere are overpaying for managed services—paying millions every year for IT operations staffed by people who spend 80% of their time on noise. Firemind has built the alternative. Autonomous Operations resolves infrastructure incidents with AI—detecting, diagnosing, and fixing in minutes, without a ticket queue or an on-call rota. It is live in production with customers today, resolving around 90% of incidents without human touch.

Firemind is now scaling this commercial motion in the UK, looking for a relationship-led commercial operator who:

  • Opens doors with operational credibility
  • Wins through trust vs. transactional outbound tactics
  • Ideally brings a customer in your network on day one

About Firemind

Firemind powers AI-driven autonomous IT operations for enterprises, operational for multiple production customers today—reducing the need for traditional MSPs. We are: ✔ AWS Premier Tier Partner ✔ Anthropic Authorised Reseller ✔ NVIDIA Embedded Partner

Our AI Transformation portfolio (including Claude Enablement, Sandbox, Control Plane, Build Sprint, AI FinOps) helps enterprises adopt AI safely and autonomously within their own tech environments.

About the Role: Commercial Strategist for Autonomous Operations

This is not a typical outbound sales role. It’s a relationship-driven, consultative sale where success hinges on:

✅ Long-term account ownership (not pipeline quotas) ✅ Operational credibility (proving ROI for enterprise tech buyers) ✅ Conversion to pilots through early meetings

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
