The Role
As an AV Investment Manager, you will be responsible for managing AV resource across your client portfolio and overseeing the planning, buying, and activation of campaigns across the full AV landscape.
Working closely with the AV Business Director, Client Experience teams, Strategic Planning, and the wider Investment team, you will ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, investment priorities are achieved, and clients receive best-in-class media solutions. You will also contribute to new business opportunities, support media audits, and help develop and mentor members of the AV team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AV resource across your client portfolio, ensuring campaigns are planned, bought, and delivered effectively.
- Lead planning and buying across the full AV spectrum, including TV, Digital Video, Audio, Cinema, and Sponsorship.
- Take overall responsibility for buying delivery, including client communications, market updates, revised media plans, and post-campaign analysis (PCA) reports.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with AV media owners to secure the best commercial outcomes and buying opportunities.
- Work closely with the AV Business Director to deliver investment priorities and achieve channel performance targets.
- Support the AV Business Director throughout media audit processes, ensuring reporting is optimised and all value and quality commitments are met.
- Develop AV strategies that align with client objectives and promote collaboration across Client Experience, Strategic Planning, and the wider Investment team.

Essential
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in AV planning and buying.
- Strong experience delivering TV client commitments, with a thorough understanding of campaign execution and delivery.
- Experience building and maintaining productive, collaborative relationships with AV media owners.
- Passion for the AV landscape, with a strong understanding of its role within the wider media mix and the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
- Confident presenting and explaining media plans to clients, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities within a fast-paced agency environment.
