The Opportunity

As our business grows, we are looking for an experienced Audio Visual / Live Events Account Manager to help us deepen and expand our relationships with key clients in London and Europe.

You will manage existing client relationships, finding ways to add more value, and grow revenue from the accounts we already work with.

Remuneration

£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience + commission scheme + annual bonus, salaries are reviewed every 6 months

Location

Head office in Shoreditch

Working

3 days per week in the office, or on-site as required

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated person with a strong background in AV account management, and client-facing AV delivery. You will be commercially minded, confident communicating with senior stakeholders, and able to offer practical, creative solutions that help clients with their event requirements.

The Person

  • Proven experience in account management with AV, or a senior client-facing AV role.
  • Track record of growing revenue from existing accounts through repeat work, added services, larger briefs, or long-term client planning.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into clear next steps.
  • A sound technical understanding of AV, and live event delivery.
  • A natural relationship builder, able to communicate clearly with clients, venue teams, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders and acting as the main point of contact for key accounts.
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage several opportunities at once.
  • Self-motivated and practical, with the flexibility to wear a few hats in a growing business.
  • Team player, happy to work autonomously.

The Package

  • Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus: Commission scheme and annual bonus (which will be explained)
