Amazon MGM Studios is the movies and television development and production arm of Amazon. It is our role to produce original content and license studio programs worldwide in exclusive service of Amazon’s Prime Video customers. We need your passion, innovative ideas, and creativity to help take us to new heights.

We are hiring a Creative Services Coordinator as a critical part of the Amazon MGM Studios International Theatrical Creative Services team. This individual will provide admin support and assist in creative servicing pertaining to the marketing and creative advertising materials that include in-theater and online trailers, TV spots, radio spots, and all static/print material. This role will actively support both the Theatrical Creative Services Lead as well as the Senior Marketing Manager.

As a Coordinator, you will be an important contributor to this team, relied upon to handle multiple requests in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Ability to manage shifting priorities effectively is important to your success in this role. Being a part of the broader org’s admin team is a significant part of this role, and entails learning and keeping abreast of cross-team business objectives, and contributing to the development, maintenance, and improvement of critical policies/procedures, standards, and services which benefit the whole org.

Key job responsibilities

  • Admin Support: Manage complex calendars and scheduling needs, travel coordination, and expense report submissions. Organize, execute, and assist with team meetings and agenda preparation. Schedule audio mixes and coloring sessions for the trailers, TV spots and static printing. Manage budget for all finishing material services and process invoices.
  • Asset Management: Assist in managing a digital asset management system and workflow that services the lifecycle marketing requests (theatrical, PVOD, EST, SVOD, MGM+). Assist in managing localization of assets for multiple territories for day & date global marketing releases, including graphics, subbing & dubbing as needed. Manage footage to be trafficked to external post vendors, dubbing studios and agencies. Submit all advertising material for legal clearances. Pull clips for publicity and social and release final files in varying codecs.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with post houses and creative vendors to ensure all information and creative feedback is provided. Obtain necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders. Deliver final files to internal and external partners as necessary.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience working in or with creative services
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
  • Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio
  • Experience with a variety of digital media workflows and post production
  • Experience managing external vendors, distributors, partners or learning providers
  • Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
  • Proficient in spoken and written English (CEFR C1)
