The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to work for a global AV company in central London. You will initially be responsible for generating incremental business. Your efforts will begin with outreach to new prospective clients in all key channels to create your own leads which develop into meetings and opportunities.

You will consult with key stakeholders within organisations and brands to produce innovative digital signage and audio visual experiences, be responsible for closing the deal and ensuring its success. After winning a Client, it is your responsibility to nurture the partnership and continue to explore new ideas and uncover potential.

A self-assured and persuasive consultant is required at the front end of the role with the ability to put the Client's needs and expectations at the top of their priorities. You will play your part in turning opportunities into compelling solutions and present them confidently to multiple stakeholder types from Marketing to IT and Procurement to Project Management.

The job is partially field based, expecting that once established, you will spend much of your time meeting with their Prospects and Clients. When in the office you will be undertaking lead generation activity, preparing for meetings, working with the team to create proposals and quotations and ensuring the smooth running of projects that are underway.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
