This company is a fast-growing, full-service independent media agency, part of a wider group of eleven award-winning agencies. The business brings brand and performance marketing together through a zero-based trading approach, with a team of around 60 people and 15 new joiners since the start of this year, driven by significant new client wins.

The Role

The AV Investment Account Manager will be the day-to-day lead on one of the agency's biggest and highest-spending accounts, owning it end to end across AV, VOD, radio, OOH, and press. This is a buying-focused role with plenty of support and exposure to clients and senior management from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of always-on ATL activity, with primary focus on TV, VOD, and audio
  • Deliver gold standard buying and best-in-class work to generate the best results for clients, ensuring consistent delivery against all buying parameters and audit commitments
  • Work closely with wider investment and comms planning teams from brief through to activation and post-campaign analysis
  • Build strong client relationships and get under the skin of clients' businesses and target audiences
  • Utilise strong media owner relationships to negotiate and drive value for clients
  • Take ownership and accountability for the account, ensuring all internal and external documents are accurate and finance processes are adhered to
  • Keep abreast of market products and opportunities, bringing new ideas that challenge the status quo
  • Help grow and develop juniors by putting together and managing individual development plans

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
